Sport Specific Information
When and where did you begin this sport? She began riding horses at the Riding for the Disabled Association [RDA] in Singapore.
Why this sport? She took up the sport as a form of therapy and found that it boosted her confidence. "It definitely helped me gain self-esteem because it improved my balance and coordination. It also made me realise I was good at something."
