When and where did you begin this sport? She began riding as a child and competed internationally on ponies before moving into horse classes at age 14. She left school at age 16 to become a professional rider.
Why this sport? A number of her relatives were riders and this encouraged her to try the sport. "I have always had a passion for equestrian sport. I was born in the saddle and riding is second nature."

Other information OLYMPIC WITHDRAWAL She withdrew from the Czech team for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo in order to prevent an injury to her horse Diva. "I wanted to check her up after [the CSIO in] Rome [Italy] as her behaviour was atypical and she didn't feel like herself. After checking her up, my vet and I decided to give her time off to avoid a minor injury turning into something major. Her welfare will always be my number one priority."
